In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, am aware that may be held liable for it. hereby give my consent to SBICPSL for obtaining my KYC details from CERSAI CKYC portal and to receive information from Central KYC Registry through SMS/ Email on the above registered number/ email address. I and the additional cardholder(s) are fully aware and understand the regulations governing the use the Card outside India and my/our obligations under the applicable exchange control/management regulations and guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India/applicable authority from time to time. The card maybe cancelled at the instance of RBI and/or SBICPSL in the event the or the additional card member(s) are not in compliance with the usage restriction, foreign exchange entitlements and other applicable regulations. In the event of my application getting approved, I/We agree to receive my card statement through email on the email id mentioned in this application form and the said email id will be considered as my Registered email ID for the purpose of transactions alerts and One Time Password (OTP), I will be liable for all charges incurred on the primary card and all Additional cards issued and each additional Card holder will be liable for all charges incurred on such credit cards jointly and severally with me. I further give my consent to blocking and deactivation of any of my credit cards and its aligned accounts where at any instance I and/or additional cardholder commit default in timely payments of card outstanding. I have read and understood the contents of this SBI Credit Card application form, the attached Most Important Document in English and accept the Arbitration clause in the Card Holder Agreement. I confirm that have received and read the MITC (Most Important Terms & Conditions) along with the application form and am aware that it is available for reference on the SBI Card website, sbicard.com. The MITC provided is in English language and am fully conversant with English to understand the MITC and would request SBI Card to provide any further information in English language.

पूरी तरह से एसबीआईसीपीएसएल की संपति होंगे। में एसबीआईसीपीएसएल और/या इसके सहभागियों को मेरे कार्यालय और/या निवास स्थान पर और मेरे नियोक्ता/ संगठन, वित्तीय संस्थान, क्रेडि ब्यूरो या किसी तृतीय पक्ष के साथ कोई भी सत्यापन जाँच करने के लिए अधिकृत करता/करती हूँ। में एसबीआईसीपीएसएल को भुगतानों में चूक होने सहित मेरे कार्ड से संबंधित कोई भी जानका किसी अन्य कार्ड जारीकर्ता क्रेडिट ब्यूरो, वित्तीय संस्थान, एसबीआईसीपीएसएल की कोई पैरेंट, सहायक, संबद्ध कंपनी या सहभागी को समय-समय पर बताने के लिए अधिकृत करता करती हूँ। एतद्द्वारा यह घोषणा करता/करती हूँ कि ऊपर दिए गए विवरण मेरी जानकारी और विश्वास के अनुसार सत्य और सही है और मैं उसमें किसी भी तरह के बदलाव की सूचना तुरंत देने का वच देता देती हूँ। यदि ऊपर दी गई जानकारी गलत या असत्य या भ्रामक या गलत ढंग से पेश की हुई पाई जाती है, तो मुझे पता है कि मुझे इसके लिए उत्तरदायी ठहराया जा सकता है। में एलद्वार एसबीआईसीपीएसएल को सोईआरएसएआई सीकेवाईसी पोर्टल से मेरी केवाईसी जानकारी और ऊपर पंजीकृत नंबर/ईमेल पते पर एसएमएस/ईमेल के द्वारा सेंट्रल केवाईसी रजिस्ट्री से जानकारी प्राप् करने की सहमति देता देती हूँ। मुझे और अतिरिक्त कार्डधारक (कों) को भारत से बाहर कार्ड के उपयोग से संबंधित विनियमों की और समय-समय पर भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक/लागू प्राधिकार के द्वारा जारी किए गए, लागू होने वाले मुद्रा विनिमय नियंत्रण / प्रबंधन विनियमों के तहत मेरी बाध्यताओं की पूरी जानकारी है और हम उन्हें समझते हैं। मेरे द्वारा या अतिरिक्त कार्ड सदस्य(ओं) के द्वारा उपयोग के प्रतिबंध, विदेशी विनिमय अधिकार और अन्य लागू विनियमों का पालन नहीं करने पर आरबीआई और/या एसबीआईसीपीएसएल के द्वारा कार्ड रद्द किया जा सकता है। मेरा आवेदन स्वीकार हो जाने की स्थिति में, हम अपने कार्ड का स्टेटमेंट ईमेल के दवारा आवेदन पत्र में दी गई ईमेल आईडी पर प्राप्त करने के लिए सहमत हैं और इस बात के लिए भी सहमत हैं कि लेन-देन की सूचनाओं और वन टाइम पासवर्ड (ओटीपी) पाने के लिए यही ईमेल आईडी पंजीकृत ईमेल आईडी मानी जाए। प्राथमिक कार्ड और जारी किए गए सभी अतिरिक्त कार्ड पर लगने वाले सभी शुल्क के लिए में उत्तरदायी रहूँगा/रहूँगी और प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त कार्डधारक ऐसे क्रेडिट कार्ड पर लगने वाले सभी शुल्कों के लिए मेरे साथ और अलग से उत्तरदायी होंगे। में, इसके अतिरिक्त, मेरे और/या अतिरिक्त कार्डधारक के दवारा कार्ड की बकाया राशि का भुगतान समय पर न करने की स्थिति में मेरा कोई भी क्रेडिट कार्ड और इससे संबंधित खाते ब्लॉक करने और निष्क्रिय करने की सहमति देता देती हूँ। मैंने इस एसबीआई क्रेडिट कार्ड के आवेदन पत्र और अंग्रेजी भाषा में संलग्न अति आवश्यक दस्तावेज में दी गई सभी जानकारी पढ़ और समझ ली है और में कार्ड धारक समझौते के मध्यस्थता खंड को स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ। मैं इस बात की पुष्टि करता/करती हूँ कि मैंने आवेदन पत्र के साथ एमआईटीसी (अति आवश्यक नियम और शर्त) प्राप्त की व पढ़ ली हैं और मुझे इस बात की भी जानकारी है कि यह सन्दमे के लिए एसबीआई कार्ड वेबसाइट sbicard.com पर भी उपलब्ध है। मुझे एमआईटीसी अंग्रेजी भाषा में दी गई और मुझे एमआईटीसी समझने के लिए अंग्रेजी की पूरी जानकारी है और एसबीआई कार्ड से मेरा निवेदन है कि मुझे इसके बाद भी जानकारी अंग्रेजी भाषा में दी जाए।
